High School Winter Training Program

We offer individualized and team training for intermediate and advanced high school players who are looking to train and improve during the off-season.  Our High Performance training program, specifically for high school team players includes daily fitness, match play, mental skills development and emphasis on ball recognition, movement, shot selection, technique and strategy/tactics as well as rituals and routines.

Dates/Times:

12 week sessions

Session I:  November 1 – January 31 (not in session last two weeks of December)

Session II: February 7 – April 25th

Weekdays 5:30-7:30 and Weekends 3:00-5:00
